HEAD START AGREEMENT OFFER
To help kick off the new year Alan Mitchell are offering all our clients a 10% discount on fees for any recruitment project which is signed up as a head start agreement. We would ask you to brief us first on the project before consulting with any other recruitment company and leave the sourcing of the role with us exclusively for 2 weeks. In return we will discount the final fee by 10%. Signing up with us to work on a head start agreement basis will not only save costs on the fee but will also ensure that your vacancy is managed in a very focused and time sensitive manner by a dedicated consultant who will be motivated to ensure you are provided with the best candidates before the period of exclusivity is over. This will result in you filling your vacancy in a very quick and efficient process, with all the benefits of a retained project, but without the upfront costs!
Please do rest assured that if, at any stage, we feel we would not be the best placed consultancy to assist you with the project we would let you know immediately. We would also commit to keeping you fully up to date on how the project is going on a regular basis. Below is a preview of our Head Start Agreement:

Post briefing will allow Alan Mitchell 2 weeks to work exclusively on sourcing and presenting suitable candidates for the role(s).
Alan Mitchell Financial Recruitment agrees to let know immediately if they will not be able to present any suitable candidates for the position
This agreement will be reviewed regularly on a quarterly basis and any worries or issues on either side will be addressed as and when they arise.
